Mike and his crew at Santoro Tile & Masonry were not notch from beginning to end. I had a driveway, front walkway plus new step and tuck pointing completed as part of the project. Mike came out and gave me a competitive estimate and delivered the estimate via email in a timely fashion. Project was delayed slightly due to weather but Mike monitored the weather to make sure we were able to complete the project before it got too cold. Communication throughout was outstanding. Showed up on time all three days and knocked out the job quickly. Crew was friendly, constantly working with no wasted time which was much appreciated. I learned more about concrete than I thought I ever would thanks to Mike's free Concrete 101 bits of knowledge class. Work site was thoroughly cleaned after completion. Very happy with the end result and would hire them for future projects.

Mike: Keeps his word. Shows up when he says he will. He, Is accessable, listens to your concerns and does a spectacular job. He is detail oriented and every conctractor working on my build state that the concrete team has done an excellent job. Highly recommend (See before and after photos)

Santoro and Tile Masonry of South Lyon, Michigan just completed repairing a monument in the Pinckney cemetery. The work is amazing as the monument was constructed in 1910. They were able to match the stone and stabilize the fallen walls. Great job!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Mike is a true professional. He communicated eastly and quickly was always on time. He was right on schedule and got all the work completed on time or before. We have a community of 54 units and most of them needed something done. Sidewalks, driveways and patios. He did it all.
HIs crew was great too. All were friendly and helpful. AND Mike walked the property with me when they were finished to make sure everything was cleaned up. It looks great.
And to top it off, his prices were the best we were quoted!

The guys did a great job, finishing in one day. The cleanup was outstanding and I would recommend the team to anyone looking for concrete/cement work to be done.

Santoro Masonry and Tile removed a cemented slate walkway and installed new tile in the walkway and kitchen in our midcentury home. The work looks great and they were prompt and courteous. Their attention to detail in every facet of their work is impressive. In the dozen years we’ve owned our home, we’ve had multiple contractors for different projects, and they are one of the most dilligent in scheduling and completing the work that we’ve had, and at a very competitive rate. I recommend them to anyone needing similar work in the area.

Mike and his guys are awesome. They were always on time. The bathroom looks amazing and they replaced my back steps. Price is good and they finished quickly. Made adjustments when problems came up and the end result is a super professional job. I’ll have them back for whatever else I need in the future.
